New?
Well....
we still are...sort of! Tickety Boo Mercantile, almost two years old, specializes in the creative art of realizing
decorative and sometimes practical uses for old familiar
things. Below are a few items that are also featured
in other sections of the site. However, these
are brand new - fresh out of the shop! Some are
one of a kind, and some are available in larger quantities.

Charming Chalkboard
(Additional shipping charge of $20 will apply; currently one-of-a kind, although custom orders available. Please contact prior to ordering.) |
Chalkboard is made from oak radiator seat cover. Right portion is painted with chalkboard paint, and left side is hand painted hills, and open blue sky with red barn. Three dimensional roof is made of rusty tin, leather strap holds the windows tightly shut; dried yellow flowers are tied with red homespun and may be exchanged out. Dimensional rusty picket fence and stars also adorn the piece. Approximate size
29" x 45" x 5".

Picket Planter |
Planter is made from recycled fence pickets complete with green leafy moss. Bottoms are made from left over treated lumber, with spacing for drainage. Approximate size 48" x 22" x 14". Item cannot be shipped-local pick up and delivery only. Please contact prior to ordering.

Teacup Birdfeeders |
Birdfeeders made from cup and saucer sets, mounted on stair spindle. Grapevine and Spanish moss serve as the nesting materials. Metal rod attached to the end of spindle for ground insertion into your flower beds or garden. |

Picket Candle Box
Box is made from recycled slats salvaged from a local house demo. Box holds electric candle and berries. This box is adorned with a paper mache star and hangs from homespun fabric. Can be hung or set out. Item is available for personalizing, just let me know what color/adornment you'd like.

Bead Head Angel

Bedhead Angel is made of wood, painted red, with ivory wings. Hair is curled rusty wire, painted eyes, and square nail for nose. Grapevine and berry wreath adorn the front. Custom colors available. Approximate size is 36" x 16" (at wings). |
